Draft for owner and legal review. Version data-terms-draft-2026-10-01. Licence data-licence-draft-2026-10-01.
1. What you purchase
Your order records the product, dataset, reporting period or cutoff, lookback window, included fields, release identifier, method version, quality result and total fee shown before checkout. One-off purchases license the selected release. Historical benchmark purchases cover one completed calendar month and one fuel benchmark. Station snapshots cover one selected cutoff and a bounded observation window.
Monthly Monitor is €149 per month for one national benchmark and monthly reporting. Fortnightly Monitor is €250 per month for one national benchmark, reports every 14 days, calendar-month views and a consumption calculator. Historical benchmark downloads are €99 once; station snapshots are €299 once. Service fees are in EUR. FuelWatch is not VAT-registered and does not add VAT to these fees.
2. Your licence
The billing organization may use licensed releases for internal business analysis, budgeting, procurement and reporting. It may share aggregate findings with relevant collectors, clients or other stakeholders, including in business reports, with the source, period and limitations made clear.
Raw dataset redistribution, resale and public product integration require separate written permission where FuelWatch controls those rights. No restriction here removes rights granted under an applicable third-party open licence. Preserve all required source attribution, notices and licence obligations. Company recipients must verify their email; file access requires authorized organization membership and the exact release entitlement.
3. Subscription scope and cancellation
The opening release is the specific completed release reviewed at sign-up. Future releases are included when their release access window falls within the paid subscription period. A subscription does not unlock the complete pre-subscription archive. Monthly billing and the anchored 14-day reporting calendar are independent; the next reporting date is displayed before purchase.
Cancel through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. A failed renewal does not grant access to new periods; successful recovery restores the access supported by the confirmed payment. Previously licensed releases remain usable for their licensed purpose after cancellation, subject to any applicable refund, dispute or rights restriction.
4. Price and coverage limitations
Reports describe sampled observations and quotations. They are not transaction prices, an official index, a complete market survey, a promise of availability or a guarantee of the price a buyer will pay. Geographic applicability does not equal independent observation count. Review the release’s freshness, omissions, quality labels, tax basis and methodology before using it.
Unknown and missing values are disclosed. Products with unresolved rights, measurement basis or a failed quality gate are withheld. Individual business decisions remain the customer’s responsibility.
5. Delivery, corrections and remedies
Files become available in the private report library after server-confirmed payment. Email notifications are sent only to verified recipients; provider acceptance is distinct from confirmed delivery. Temporary email failure does not prevent authorized library access.
Corrections create a linked new version and a notice; they do not silently replace the file originally purchased. If FuelWatch cannot provide the purchased eligible release, or a scheduled report fails its quality gate, it will disclose the exception and arrange a corrected delivery, credit or refund as appropriate. Contact FuelWatch support with the order reference to request a remedy. Statutory rights are unaffected.
A confirmed full refund or payment dispute may suspend the corresponding release access while the matter is resolved. Unrelated purchases are unaffected. The final refund and dispute policy requires approval before production sales.
6. Retention and privacy
Versioned releases and entitlement records are retained to support licensed access, corrections and auditability. Any planned withdrawal of library access will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible. Retain downloaded releases you need for ongoing licensed use. Personal information is handled under the FuelWatch privacy policy.
The final retention period, liability provisions, legal entity details and governing-law terms require review before this draft can become a production agreement.
